Q: Who pays for this ?
A: The Seller. To qualify for this program, the home must be listed with the MLS
where the seller pays a minimum 2.5% to the selling agent.
Q: Do I need to install solar panels.
A: No. We will work with you to decide the best use of your rebate. Every state, town and nighborhood is different. Our goal is to help you reduce water and power consumption and generate your own electricity. If solar panles are not an option where you live, we will look for additional ways to lower your consumption through energy saving devices and appliances.
Q: Can I have solar panels and upgrades installed before I move in.
A: All of the suppliers will be paid for their services at Close of Escrow.
